Great store with a good collection and excellent work for repairs and adjustments. Have an older watch for my grandfather that needed some fixing and adjustments. Gave a fair price on the repair and was able to give it correct adjustments in a quick minute that worked out perfectly. Workers and owner are always nice and ready to help. Definitely earned a repeat customer outta me.

I have had a fantastic experience working with the Oaks Jewelers! I worked with Jeff to design a custom engagement, and a custom wedding band. Jeff was a great guide through the entire process, from a rough sketch of the designs, finding the right stones, working within our budgets, making 3D models of the rings, and ultimately putting together the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands. If you’re looking for jewelry in the Bay this is the spot!

Traveling back to the U.S. to visit friends and family we brought our mechanical watches back for service at the Oaks jewelers. Elvin, who has taken over the bench from Larry, dealt with our 75-year old automatc Longines and 95-year old Illinois promptly and a very reasonable charge.

Shoutout to everyone at Oaks Jewelers, and Jeff in particular, for working with my husband and I to create beautiful engagement and wedding rings for us both. Jeff is meticulous and took as much time as we needed to meet with us regularly through the process, and share his extensive knowledge of minerals and jewellery design. Huge fans, we will be back!

I've been to Oaks Jewelers twice: once for a repair on my watch clasp. I was quoted $200 elsewhere for this repair, and the lovely man at Oaks fixed it for free. On another visit, he was able to quickly fix an antique ring I had shut in a door making it round again. Fantastic customer service, a great selection of jewelry: a wonderful neighborhood feeling...truly a gem in the East Bay.

I had a wonderful experience buying an engagement ring from Oaks Jewelers. I walked in with no knowledge about rings, and Jen was absolutely wonderful to work with. She talked me through all the little details and i felt like i could understand the entire process end to end. Once we found the perfect diamond, we built the ring around it and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would recommend anyone come here for strong communication and great results.

Oaks Jewelers are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. No hard selling here. I have bought a lovely pendant, had jewelry repaired, created new earrings and also had appraisal work. Dog-friendly, too. Large selection in a variety of styles and price range.

My wife was gifted a beautiful, special gold locket, but she didn't have a chain for it. She wanted to wear it to an impending upcoming family event so we went to Oaks Jewelers. A very nice woman named Jen helped us. Jen helped us figure out the best length and found the perfect gold chain for the locket. My wife was also gifted a birthstone bracelet (that she also wanted to wear to the upcoming event) but it wouldn't stay in place around her wrist so we also took the bracelet to Oaks Jewelers to be re-sized. Jen figured out the best length so it would stay in place, but the bracelet wouldn't be ready in time to wear to the event. (Our fault -- we had been meaning to get to Oaks Jewelers for quite some time and the locket was the most important so my wife was still happy.) However, a few days before the event, we got a text from Oaks Jewelers that the bracelet was ready to be picked up! The event was a lot of fun and needless to say, my wife was thrilled that she got to wear both the locket and birthstone bracelet! Many thanks to Jen and Oaks Jewelers for help with both items and for getting the bracelet done ahead of schedule! Oaks Jewelers is a wonderful place to buy jewelry and have jewelry repaired. Highly recommend!
